Beautiful Birds raised with Love!

Welcome to Debs Canary Love! If you are reading this it’s because you too have a love for wee birds with a big personality and joy in their hearts. Come along and join me on my adventure with my lovely canaries!

I’ll do my best to share what is happening in my bird room and hopefully along the way I can grow and share with you what I'm learning too! So far the one thing I am 100% certain of is, there is so much more to learn! I have the privilege of one amazing, supportive husband, and the friendships of two amazing mentors who continue to teach, encourage and support me with this adventure.

I have a small bird room by breeder standards, 10 pair of Fife Fancy Canaries, 2 pair of Raza Espanol and 2 male American Singers! I limit my breeding numbers as my priority is the quality of my birds and since this is my passion and not a business, the numbers are small. Each year I reluctantly seek new homes for a few and I’ll be sharing the opportunity here on this website. Yes, my birds are spoiled, yes they all have names and yes it’s a lot of work but, the joy is measured each morning as I wake up to sunshine and song!

Sometimes it’s messy, sometimes discouraging and even a heartbreak or two but, I remain thankful, grateful and blessed to share this adventure with my feathered children and you! I hope you will stop by for a moment, grab a cuppa and check in and see what is going on!
